I was recently asked to paint a version of my yellow flower meadow with path. The customer requested a few metallic copper flower heads to be included and for the sky to be a slightly paler blue than I normally paint it. I did my best to oblige! I painted this picture on a stretched 150 cm by 100 cm canvas and the customer was able to collect it from me in south Somerset. It’s actually the second canvas that this customer has bought from me. Both paintings are now hung in the guesthouse they own in Devon.
This is a large yellow star painting I recently painted for a customer, in a custom size and colour scheme. I was asked to include some metallic gold paint in the design. Rays of bright colour radiate out in all directions. This sun painting is guaranteed to bring warmth and sunshine to any room! The un-stretched canvas measured 100 cm by 70 cm. It was signed on the back. I rolled the canvas up and sent the painting to my customer via courier.
These are two commissioned paintings that are ready to be dispatched to my customer next month. They’re both custom sizes, to suit the wall spaces that the customer has available. The customer’s friend has a painting of mine that this customer tells me she has ‘admired for a while’. Following a redecoration this customer now has room for a couple of my paintings.
After a little bit of discussion we decided that I would paint un-stretched canvases measuring 136 cm x 95 cm for the painting going in their hall and 126 cm x 126 cm for the painting going in their lounge. Both paintings are based on designs of mine, although since I paint all of my pictures by hand, no two are ever quite the same.
Initially, the hall painting was going to be a square of 136 cm x 136 cm. The customer wanted the paintings to be as big as possible to maximise the ‘colourful impact’ that my art has. However, in the end the customer decided that her painting should have the same proportions as the rectangular painting of mine it was based on, so that meant reducing the height of the new painting to 95 cm.
These paintings will be rolled up and sent to the customer by courier next month, when she is back in the UK.
I’ve just been sent these fantastic photos by a customer. She contacted me after I had painted a smaller tree canvas for a friend of hers. The customer asked me if I could paint a really big flower meadow for her in custom colours – less red and more blues, yellows and teals. I did my best to work to the colour scheme when I painted the picture.
After painting the canvas and sending her photos of it the customer was happy for me to go ahead and stretch the finished canvas on to a wooden frame for her. The stretched version of the canvas measures 235 cm x 103 cm. She was local to me and had a large vehicle so was able to collect the painting from me. More of my customer photos can be seen here.
This is another example of a customer who has bought a number of my large canvases over several months. He also left very kind feedback for me on eBay where they were sold. The canvases measured up to 244 cm by 112 cm. Lots of wall space has now been covered, introducing plenty of colour in to their rooms.
All of these paintings were rolled up and sent to the customer in strong cardboard tubes by courier.
It’s always really appreciated when a customer returns to buy a second painting from me at a later date. It’s even more appreciated when a customer ends up owning four of my paintings! Below are two photos from such a customer, showing all four of my paintings on display in his home, along with a couple of other paintings as well. He’s clearly a big fan of art.
The paintings he bought from me were a grass meadow landscape, a black and white flower meadow with orange and yellow flowers, a completely abstract dot and spot canvas and finally, a black and white tree painting.

This is a new painting that I’m currently packaging up and getting ready for dispatch with the courier. It’s the second painting for this customer who already owns one of my canvases. This flower meadow was inspired by another flower painting I did some time ago. The customer saw my customer showcase photo of that flower painting and asked if I could paint a similar one for them. No two of these paintings are ever quite the same but I did my best to create a new canvas that captured the main elements of the older painting. This flower meadow was painted on to an un-stretched 160 cm x 112 cm canvas. Some photos of the new painting are shown below.
Several of my paintings are now on display in a fantastic home in Panamá. According to my customer, ‘many people have shown interest in them’. I only ship to addresses in Britain but I know that some of my canvases have been taken to various countries overseas. A little while ago I had an American couple visit me and took three paintings back with them to their home in Ohio, for example.
This customer originally enquired about a vertical drip painting measuring approximately 130 cm x 100 cm. I mentioned that I had one that was already finished that measured 160 cm x 112 cm. Since it would be supplied to the customer as an un-stretched canvas rolled up, the overall dimensions would be a few cms less once the customer had got it stretched on to a wooden frame. The customer would also have the option of trimming the canvas’ length a little to shorten it, without significantly affecting the overall appearance.
The customer decided to buy this 160 cm x 112 cm canvas. Once the painting was back from her picture framer after having been stretched on to a wooden frame the customer sent me a photo of the canvas waiting to be hung on her wall. She subsequently sent me further lovely photos once the painting was in position on her wall.

Some time ago I painted a 244 cm by 112 cm floral landscape. My customer very kindly sent me a photo of this canvas on display in his home which you see here. Then recently he asked if I could paint a yellow star painting that was also 244 cm by 112 cm. The second photo here shows that star painting now hung in his home, on the other side of his landing to the flower painting. Both paintings were supplied as un-stretched canvases, rolled up in strong cardboard tubes.
