Shipping policy

I ship my paintings to England, Scotland and Wales.

Most of my paintings include free delivery. If there is a delivery charge it will be shown on the checkout page.

If you have a remote / highlands and islands delivery address, I may need to charge extra for delivery, especially for my very large paintings. Please contact me before placing an order to discuss this. I can then check the prices with the couriers.

I try hard to package up the paintings safely and securely, to minimise the risk of damage occurring during the courier journeys.

I dispatch orders promptly so you'll receive the painting in a few days.

Once I have dispatched your order you will receive tracking updates from the courier. I use several different couriers depending on the order, including DPD, Yodel, Parcelforce and Evri.

Sometimes there is a courier delay which I have no control over. I monitor the tracking and do sometimes chase the courier, if I think it will help the delivery. In these circumstances I will normally contact you to keep you informed.

You can also normally collect the painting from me in south Somerset if you prefer.
